At JAX, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method and carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, ...).

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times and rates vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • JAX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues & Delays

  • JAX is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first.

  • For lost or damaged packages, reach out to us at [support@jax.com] within 7 days of the delivery date.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JAX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.
