Shipping Policy

At JAX, we want you to know exactly where we ship, how fast, and what to expect — no surprises. JAX ships to 44 U.S. states. Due state-level legal restrictions on hemp-derived products, we are unable to ship to the states listed below.

State

Reason

Alaska (AK)

State law prohibits direct-to-consumer shipping of hemp-derived delta-9 products outside of licensed marijuana dispensaries.

Hawaii (HI)

State law bans intoxicating hemp products outright, and shipping costs to Hawaii are prohibitive.

Idaho (ID)

State law requires 0.0% THC — products with any detectable THC are prohibited.

Iowa (IA)

State law prohibits the sale of ingestible hemp products that can cause intoxication.

North Dakota (ND)

State law prohibits the manufacture and sale of intoxicating cannabinoids, including hemp-derived delta-9.

Ohio (OH)

Senate Bill 56 (enacted December 2025) imposes a categorical ban on all intoxicating hemp products, including beverages.


We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, or any international destinations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Delivery time estimates apply after your order has been processed.

Available shipping options typically include:

  • Standard Shipping — Delivery time varies by carrier and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping — Faster delivery option; estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. JAX is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Orders

Some JAX products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock and ready to ship. Here is what you need to know about pre-orders:

  • Payment: Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

  • Estimated Ship Date: Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page and at checkout. These are estimates and are subject to change.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Pre-orders are subject to the same shipping restrictions listed above. If your state cannot be shipped to, your pre-order will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Issues, Delays & Damaged Orders

  • JAX is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first contact the carrier directly, as they can initiate a trace on the package.

  • For lost or damaged packages, please contact us at support@jaxdrinx.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. JAX is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately after placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. Reshipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
